Live in just two weeks: Veloconnect implementation at Shocker Distribution GmbH completed in record time

Shocker Distribution GmbH, known for distributing international high-end brands such as Chromag, FUNN, QO Bike Gear, Radic Performance, and CycPlus, is digitalizing its data exchange with retail partners and relying on the established industry standard Veloconnect.

With the Veloconnect Server Basic from Campudus GmbH, Shocker Distribution deliberately chose a solution that combines fast implementation, a clear structure, and long-term scalability.

“Basic” does not mean fewer standards, but rather a clearly defined scope of functionality. All Veloconnect versions are supported. Only optional additional modules of the Campudus server solution – such as Selective Distribution or Individual Pricing – are not included, but can be added at any time as flexible paid add-ons.

Structured data exchange with minimal integration effort

The integration of the Basic Server is designed to be as simple as possible. It is implemented through file-based data exchange via FTP and predefined import templates. Regular, automated intervals ensure reliable, predictable, and efficient synchronization of data.

For Shocker Distribution, this meant a lean and clearly structured start, minimal complexity, and a record project duration of only two weeks.

The technical implementation on Shocker’s side was carried out by the experienced IT service provider Thomas Spöttl (infoprokur), who efficiently supported the project and played a key role in enabling the rapid integration.
