KTM Fahrrad digitalizes retailer connectivity with the Veloconnect Server from Campudus

KTM Fahrrad GmbH, active in the bike business for more than 50 years and one of the world’s leading e-bike manufacturers, relies on the industry-wide Veloconnect standard. This enables specialist retailers to easily and reliably access up-to-date product, inventory, and order information directly through their own ERP systems.

The Veloconnect interface was implemented in collaboration with Campudus GmbH, the official system partner of DiBike.

The Veloconnect Server from Campudus is characterized by its flexible and scalable architecture, which can be seamlessly integrated into different system landscapes. This allowed KTM Fahrrad’s new ERP system, SAP S/4HANA, to be smoothly integrated into the Veloconnect process. Master data, inventory levels, and orders are now exchanged automatically and in real time between the manufacturer and retail partners.

A particular focus was placed on supporting KTM Fahrrad’s international growth strategy. The goal was to clearly represent different country- and customer-specific requirements for pricing and product assortments. In addition, multiple warehouses were integrated so that available stock can always be taken into account.

With the Veloconnect integration, KTM Fahrrad is strategically investing in future-ready structures and reinforcing its commitment to sustainably strengthening growth and collaboration with retail partners through digital solutions.
