See what’s really happening: Campudus expands Veloconnect Server with a new admin user interface

For more than four years, Campudus GmbH has supported the adoption of the Veloconnect standard as the official Veloconnect implementation partner of VSF and the newly founded DiBike. With its own Veloconnect Server solution, the Landshut-based software company provides manufacturers and suppliers with a simple and fast way to implement the interface. Now, Campudus is taking the next step: with the new AdminCenter, users can gain comprehensive insights into how their interface is being used for the first time.

As Veloconnect is an interface standard that merely defines how IT systems communicate and exchange data, it has previously been difficult for users without technical expertise to view the data and activities on their Veloconnect server. The new AdminCenter changes that. From now on, real-time data on availability, orders, and retailer profiles can be displayed and analyzed transparently.

A clear dashboard presents the most important Veloconnect metrics, such as the number of transmitted availability requests or sales. This allows users to quickly see how intensively retailers are using Veloconnect and which functions create the greatest value. In addition, the AdminCenter provides detailed insights into retailer accounts, product catalogs, and orders.

“With the AdminCenter, we are giving our customers a simple tool that significantly increases transparency and control over their interface activities. For example, if a retailer has a question, a sales representative can quickly check whether all data and processes are working correctly,” explains Max Stemplinger, CEO of Campudus.

With this new feature, the Landshut-based company is taking an important step toward making the use of the Veloconnect interface even simpler, more transparent, and more efficient. The AdminCenter not only provides clarity about retailers’ Veloconnect activities but also supports collaboration between manufacturers and retailers. In future development stages, the tool will be expanded with a powerful analytics module that will make all Veloconnect data fully analyzable and open up new opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
